Text Message Terms
Effective Date: October 11, 2026
These terms cover text messages from Konvyrt LLC ("Konvyrt," "we," "us," or "our"), a digital marketing agency for home service companies in the Twin Cities, sent from our Konvyrt business number.
1. What you will get
Confirmations and reminders for the meetings you book with us. Replies to your questions and follow-ups about the work you asked about. If you are a Konvyrt client, lead notifications and service messages about the work you hired us for.
2. How you join
You join by checking the text message box when you book a meeting at konvyrt.com/meet, by texting us first, or, as a client, by giving us the mobile number for lead notifications in your service agreement. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything.
3. How often
Message frequency varies. Usually a few messages around each meeting you book. Clients who receive lead notifications get one message per new lead, typically 1 to 10 a day depending on lead volume.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply.
5. How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will get one text confirming it, and then no more texts. Reply HELP for help. You can also reach us at konvyrt@konvyrt.com.
6. Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our privacy policy.
