Meet Jay
I'm from Corcoran, Minnesota. Moved to Duluth after high school and spent two years at Lake Superior College. Along the way I worked landscaping, food service, and pest control — actual hands-on trade work, not just the marketing of it.
The career came out of a photography elective I took to fill a credit. Bought a camera, fell in love. Took a video editing class the next semester (DaVinci Resolve) and that sealed it — I knew this was the industry.
From there I taught myself the business side. Bought a serious marketing course a year ago and sharpened it into systems: lead qualification, booking flows, ad strategy, brand identity, web design. Konvyrt is what came out of all of it — a marketing agency built specifically for home service operators, by someone who's been on the trucks and behind the camera.

Meet Dylan
Dylan runs Konvyrt day to day. Once a company signs on, he is the person they hear from: he sets the plan, keeps the schedule, and decides what gets posted, when, and why it fits the brand.
He also keeps the books and works the paid strategy with Jay, so the money going out on ads and the money coming back in are both watched by someone who knows the client by name.
His strength is the relationship. Jay opens the door; Dylan keeps it open, with straight answers, fast replies, and a social presence that stays consistent week after week, so customers who check you out see a company that looks as good as its work.

Meet Sean
Sean is the camera and the edit. He films on site, from the talking-head takes to the B-roll that makes a job look like a job, then cuts it in Premiere Pro and After Effects into the reels, ads and site videos that actually get watched.
If you have seen a Konvyrt client on your feed, you have seen Sean's work. He is the reason "we'll get to the video someday" turns into a video this week.
