Privacy Policy

Information you provide directly. When you book a meeting through our embedded scheduling widget (powered by GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), you provide your name, email address, phone number, and any details you choose to share. That data is processed by GoHighLevel on our behalf and stored in our CRM and calendar systems.

Automatically collected information. Standard server logs may capture your IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages visited. These logs are minimal and used only for security and basic site operation.

Client advertising data. When we manage advertising for a client, we access that client's advertising performance data (spend, impressions, clicks, lead counts) from platforms such as Meta through their official APIs and display it to that client in their private dashboard. We use it only to report on and improve that client's campaigns, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to build profiles of individuals.

Cookies. Our Site does not currently use first-party tracking cookies. The embedded GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) scheduling widget may set cookies necessary for its functionality. See GoHighLevel's privacy policy for details.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with:

• — Service providers — limited vendors (e.g., email hosting via Namecheap Private Email, web hosting via Vercel) bound by confidentiality.
• — Legal authorities — when required by law or to protect our rights.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Konvyrt LLC sends text messages only to people who asked for them. Prospects and clients who book a meeting at konvyrt.com/meet and check the text-consent box, or who text us first, get confirmations and reminders for that meeting and replies to their questions. Contracted clients who give us a mobile number in their service agreement get lead notifications (a text when a new lead inquiry comes in through their website or advertising) and service messages about the work they hired us for. We do not send marketing blasts, and we never text anyone who has not opted in.

Information we collect for SMS. Your name and mobile number from the booking form or the service agreement, and the messages you send us.

How we use SMS data. Solely to deliver the messages described above. We do not use these numbers for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message frequency. Variable. Usually a few messages around each meeting you book. Lead notifications are one message per new lead, typically 1 to 10 a day depending on the client's lead volume.

Message and data rates. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or email konvyrt@konvyrt.com. You will get one text confirming it, and then no more texts.

Help. Reply HELP to any message for support, or email konvyrt@konvyrt.com.

No sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Phone numbers are stored in Konvyrt's secured messaging platform solely for message delivery.
